How to Delete Your Application Account

We respect your right to delete your account and personal data. Follow these steps to permanently delete your  account.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your progress, scores, and achievements will be permanently lost
  • You will lose access to any premium features or subscriptions
  • Your username will become available for others to use
  • Downloaded content may remain on your device until manually deleted

Method 1: Delete Account Through the App

  1. Open the app on your device
  2. Sign in to your account if you haven't already
  3. From the main menu, tap Profil (Profile) at the bottom right
  4. Once in the Profile screen, scroll down to the very bottom
  5. Tap Delete (Delete Account)
  6. Read the warning message carefully
  7. Enter your password to confirm your identity
  8. Select a reason for deletion (optional)
  9. Tap Confirm Delete or Delete My Account
  10. You will receive a confirmation email

Method 2: Delete Account via Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to: support@itcdigital.id
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Username]"
  3. Include in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your username
    • Your Application
    • The reason for deletion (optional)
    • Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Email Template:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Username]

Dear ictdigital Support Team,

I would like to request the permanent deletion of application account.

Account Details:
- Application Name :
- Username: [Your Username]
- Registered Email: [Your Email]
- User ID (if known): [Your User ID]

I understand that:
- This action is permanent and cannot be reversed
- All my data, progress, and achievements will be permanently deleted
- I will lose access to any premium features

Please confirm once my account has been deleted.
